Approved contractors are given a unique 8-digit PIN code that allows them to link devices to their company account. They can provide this code to customers at any time, such as during an installation, consultation or service.
This contractor code establishes a seamless link between contractor and customer.

After installation of your VentWatch, your contractor will provide you with their code to enter in the VentWatch app. You can also contact us for a list of local approved vendors, if you choose to install VentWatch yourself. It's that simple.

Your approved contractor will receive any alerts, notifications or reminders for events requiring service calls. They can easily get in contact with you to schedule maintenance on your dryer or dryer vent.
